Shipping TIME:
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

*Please note that orders containing items marked with [Pre-Order] will ship in an additional 2-3 weeks.
Cancellation Policy:
Order cancellations must be made within 2 HOURS from the time the order was placed. This does NOT include Pre-Order items, which CANNOT be cancelled. Orders CANNOT be cancelled to apply a discount code not available at the time the order was placed. *Please note that we cannot ALWAYS guarantee cancellations once an order has been fulfilled.*
- Storewide Sale cancellations CANNOT be made. Once the order is placed, we will not be able to cancel or make changes to the order due to processing a high volume of orders during that time. We thank you for understanding that all storewide sales are always FINAL SALE.
Shipping & Tracking:
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email.
Customs:
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
milshe is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
