What makes and models are your bands compatible with?

Compatible with F45 Lionheart, Body Fit Training BFT³, Geonaute by Becathlon, Polar (H3 H7), Wahoo Tickr, Bryton, Coospo, TomTom, – just check the distance between the two clip holes is 4.5cm. Monitor your heart rate with maximum precision and connect your heart rate to a great variety of training devices with Bluetooth and ANT+. 

Is the heart rate monitor / computer included?

No. You can use your existing monitor and just switch out the chest band for a new milshe one.

My HR monitor isn't listed, is it compatible?

Our universal bands work with most models, but if you're unsure then check the distance between the two clip holes is 4.5cm. Unfortunately they aren't compatible with MyZone devices. Is you're still unsure send us a message and a photo and we'll let you know.

What is your return policy?

If it's not compatible with your monitor and it's in unused condition then send it back for a full refund (return shipping at your own cost)

How do I care for my new band?

Detach your heart rate monitor then hand wash the band with a gentle detergent and hang to dry. Make sure you don't let your device battery get too low either.
